-We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund for your curated gift order. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
-The refund request must be made within (7 days) of the delivery or the pickup date, whichever is applicable.
-The gift item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Some items are non-refundable. These include personalized or custom-made gifts that cannot be resold or returned to suppliers, as well as perishable items such as fresh flowers or food items.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at heather@ihaveagift.co. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- After reviewing your request, we will respond within 7-10 business days to inform you whether your request has been approved or denied.
- If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Refund Timelines
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. In general, it may take 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Gifts
- If you receive a damaged or defective gift, please contact us immediately at heather@ihaveagift.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
6. Changes to your Order
- If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., update the recipient's address), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.
